Founder

I’m a work and organizational psychologist, researcher, and career coach for global professionals.

My own career has unfolded across cultures.

​

Growing up in Istanbul - a cosmopolitan city at the intersection of Asia and Europe - I studied at a German-funded high school and then at a university originally founded by Americans. I later moved to Chicago for my PhD, and I’ve now been based in Bristol (UK) for the past eight years.

 

Thanks to this journey, I know what it feels like to:
